Marine Corps veteran Mike Weston brings a hands-on mindset and a sharp eye for equipment to Fit Gym. Since taking the reins in 2021 with his service dog, Frannie, by his side, he’s helped shape a gym with a clear identity: independent, welcoming, and serious about giving people a better place to work out.
His standards show up on the floor, from carefully chosen Atlantis and Arsenal equipment to a simple belief: great equipment should serve everyone, whether you’re learning your first movement or chasing your next personal best.

Dana Fulton
Leadership that puts people first.
A retired St. Louis County Police Lieutenant, Dana Fulton brings a career of service and leadership to his role as Fit Gym’s general manager. Looking after people has long been part of the job. Here, that means helping make the gym a place where members feel comfortable, supported, and welcome.
Dana helps turn the everyday details into a better gym experience: questions answered, familiar faces, and someone you can actually talk to. Come say hello. Getting to know the people here is part of getting to know Fit Gym.
